how do i make this window to look more like this window ?

...hmm ye bad explanation, i want the system bar on left side, like in 2nd window, not up like in first window :D

Go to services.msc through run and turn off themes of MS Windows. :]

Extra > File options > Tasks > Click on the first checkbox

in random Balkan words:

Orodja > Optije > Klikni prvi checkbox

sad stoji na Classic(drugi checkbox) zato klikni prvi

in Dutch:

Extra > Mapopties > Taken > Algemene taken in mappen weergeven (eerste checkbox)
