can anyone resolve this??
its digital technic...
this x+y must be 0 or 1 and i dont know which one it is...

0 + 0 = 0 * 0 -> true
0 + 1 != 0 * 1 -> false
1 + 0 != 1 * 0 -> false
1 + 1 != 1 * 1 -> false
