mx510 problem

so i came back from shg where everything worked fine (except my pc) and i started to have some major problems with my mouse, mx510 exactly

when i use left mouse button it keeps losing signal, but only this button, its happening totally randomly

i heard that my problem might be mouse cable but what keeps my wondering is that only mouse button keeps losing signal, optic device and all the other buttons works normally

please help me cause im Poland poor and dont want to buy new mouse

HAHA tequila! :-/

Seriously though, I had an old logitech ball-mouse which got buggy with the buttons (because it lasted too long). There was this plastic thingy going from the outer-mouse button to a regular on/off click switch... it was worn down.
maybe u are still drunk ;[
well if i hold the button so its just full auto it stops shooting every few seconds and im not letting the button go but im moving the mouse around so it might be the cable

i also checked inside of the mouse and havent seen anything out of ordinary, nothing broken, nothing worn down but i might be mistaken
I had the same problem, bought an mx518.

How long have you had your mx510?
update drivers maybe :<
if you still got the bill send it to logitech (the mouse&the bill) and they will send you a new one
I had same problem with right button "mouse2", so I bought mx518 -> problem solved =D
happened to me 4days ago.. (waranty+bill=gg)

had to replace my mx510 aswell a few weeks ago :x
Just keep plugging it in again and see if that helps, try it like 20 times. If that won't work, buy a new one, just make sure it's not a different colour from your current mouse.
send back to logitech, they have fine service
