2000dpi +AA=no mouse skipping?

I need people to test this:
Enable highest AA as you can on your comp set mouse on 2000dpi and check if there is any mouse skipping or negative acc. On my Razer Copperhead it works!!! I usually play ET on 400 dpi but yesterday I forgot to turn off AA and switch back to 400dpi. I felt no mouse skipping or negative acc. It does make sense cause with AA enabled your graphic card draw bigger images and then compress them into smaller. For e.g. if you play on r_mode 6 and use 4x AA your graphic card draw 2048x1536 but compress it back to 1024x768. And believe me when I say 2000dpi>400dpi (if it works correctly).

I'm trying to solve 1 of biggest problems in ET. If play any other online shooter you should realise that this make ET even more fucked up.

if it works ...you are a geniuos :)
i dont have 2000dpi

your gfx card must suck if u get only 4x aa
4xAA gave as an example I have 8800 and rarely use under 8xQAA

but aa lowers your fps, so i dont think ppl would be happy playing like this

Yea it's true partially. AA doesn't effect so much frames in ET as in other games, but never than less lost will be there.
Parent
doesn't work.
please tell me your r_mode and witch AA level did you use.
Parent
mode 7 AA 4 @ 1600 dpi. Neg accell.

I'm not even gonna bother trying but I will argue that 2000 dpi is not > 400. (Although neither that wasn't an argument just a claim).
Do you talk about 400dpi in ET or in general. I played ET in 2 years on r_mode 3, 400 dpi and cl_mouseaccel 0.05 (just to get rid of negative accel ). If will not argue with you, but 2000 does feel better on laser mouses than 400 in all other games that I tried. I know I did big mistake buying Copperhead but my beloved diamondback died on me.But who am I to argue with mouse-expert.

i m using 2000 all the time xD
