Is there any solution for this freezing problem? It is so irritating because u cant fucking play ET! I have noticed that im not the only one who has this problem. IF somebody have any kind of solution, PLEASE tell it.

when connecting to the server, u can be there for 10 secs then PB freezes your ET and u cant do anything. You Have
to restart your comp to get back to windows

PB is good now with ET and Q3 too for me... maybe reinstall PB?

I have it when I start ET! ... I get a gray screen and I have to reset comp too after that... only difference is that I don't have it when Im in a server

afaik the people with the problem just had to wait till the next PB Update, but i could be wrong.

Maybe try deleting your pb folder and downloading http://www.evenbalance.com/index.php?page=pbsetup.php

just install it and go through the instructions, should create a new pb folder.

just a suggestion. :)

no, it was kinda random, i had XP +1700, freeze for ~20sec when i first start ET, wait; wait; wait; unfreeze, keep playing :D, then it got fixed, never had this problem since

lol, i did have it on my old pc which was an AMD Athlon 64 and it did exactly that :p. I connect, ET froze, 20 secs later it unfroze and it was fine :P
