Streaming problems

This problem started after i formatted my computer. Now I don't get fullscreen on my TV when i'm streaming videos. Normal .avi movies etc works fine, i get fullscreen on those, but not when I'm streaming. I tried going back to the video card drivers I used before i formatted, but that didn't work. It's pretty strange since i can't remember having any different settings now than before.

Any help would be great.

Thank you, that's very helpful.
And for your info it's a bitch that it's not automatic fullscreen, cause then i gotta resize and move the window to make it fit the tv.
