tell me why my maxfps gets max to 63 when im shutting down Tha AllSeeingEye.. with it its normal.....(.) this shiet started yesterday and stuff

take out ur CPU and place it in the freezer for about 2hours, same applies for ur gfx card

once thoroughly frozen leave to defrost for 30mins (add seasoning if necessary) and then gently tap your cards on the back side with a hammer until parts feel "loose"
