File type

Anyone know what the hell I do with this file type?

I've tried unzipping the 001 file, but it only has the .exe program file and the updates.txt list...

It's a patch for a game I have incase you're wondering.

EDIT: Fixed it now, patch sucessfully installed. Ta ;)
