Need WarSow help

i just downloaded warsow and i have a few questions:

+ Are there mods ( like etpro eg)?
+ Is there a config file?
+ Do i need somethin like a server list?
+ Recent patches? (2 lazy 2 search)
+ could some1 go on a serv wth me and xplain me all the important stuff? :p
