Artillery without binoculars?

Hm, i saw someone setting an artillery without using the binoculars. Saw it more than onces though, so i'm pretty sure its possible and wasn't just an error. I'd be pleased if someone could help me with that.

no, It's possible.. If you see it, it actually looks like as if you would shoot at a spot but actually your setting the artillery. Additional u wont c anything of using the binoculars at all.

at least u can set it with more precision when u can see the exact spot through the binoculars :)

and if u are fast enough, it's kinda same how many buttons u press!

The first part is true, but in most of the cases you don't need to have such an exact place for the artillery so you can do it well by just pointing the spot with your crosshair and pressing just one button. ;) Binoculars are only worth it if you need to put the arty to some faraway place and it needs to be exactly in some particular spot.

bind x "+vstr Fopart1 Fopart2"



Wanna do it quick? just simply press the bind.
Wanna do it precise? hold the bind pressed and decide where, then let go.
