need headset :(

Well i'm looking for an headset around 30-50 euro that could deliver me some good sound quality

:'< friend told me about 5.1 headsets are they any good or rubbish :(?

I have a Logitech USB Stereo 250, nice sound, can hear everything in ET, and is pretty comfortable.
