Headset question

So since my sennheiser PC 150 went broken, i started to search new headset. So which one would be better, Sennheisers or Steelsounds?

Steelsound 5H

Sennheiser PC 161

And if you have some other options, just say.

EDIT: So money isnt problem, and i have soundcard on board.

I guess the cheaper alternative would be steelsound 5h v2, i got it myself, and imo they're more than good enough for gaming.
But dont buy the USB version unless you got a crappy soundcard, just an extra expence
