compressing sound/music

Does anyone know how to compress music/sound in a frag movie and what codec should you use and what settings and at what stage. Thanks!!!!

Let the sound uncompressed. The few mb's from the songs wont affect your total size that much.

Well, it can raise your ratio up to 3-4 MB/Min
