step 1

type your question
"enter windows in safe mode"

step 3 (advanced ppl only!!!)
only type keywords
"enter windows safe mode" or even "windows safe mode" should do the trick

Or you could crash your pc while booting, and reboot it in which case you will automaticly be prompted to enter safe mode. h3h3
