My screen is fucked

Hello,
Since a few days my screen is fucked.
I can't play any games, i can still see when i'm not playing any games. But my screen gives a lot of small dots. When i start up my pc it looks like this url=http://img113.imageshack.us/my.php?image=arg0043fl2.jpg[/url]
When i attach another screen its just the same. Ive already reinstalled my drivers. And my big pal PoT says i have to buy a new graphics card. I assume he's right but i don't have a lot of money so i though maybe any of u PC doctors has another solution..??

solution -> underclock/put a big-ass fan next to it
or buy a new gfx card
