Hi
I'm having a very disturbing problem with my computer lately, during the past 3 days i kept my computer ON 24h/24h, during that time and till now, i'm getting small freezes where everything stops and freezes, mouse, sound, applications etc... it happens randomly, all the process seem to be consuming a normal amount of memory and processor usage, so what would be the problem in your point of view or according to your experience?
My Specs:
Intel pentium M centrino 1.7ghz 2mb cache
1 gb ram
graphic card: intel media accelerator 900
OS: Winxp home sp2
Internet connexion: Wifi @ 2MBPS
please no "/format" comments, i need you guys to help me out!

Edit: From my experience... I had an issue like this when the fan broke on my power supply, the PC got really fucking hot, it slowed down and eventually crashed when I left it on too long.
but i woke up at 2 am this night and turned it off and then turned it on at 6:30 am, so 4 hours 30 minutes of rest, but the problem was still there... Now i'm turning it off till 14h maybe and check. When i touched the bottom of it (I have a laptop btw) it felt really hot.
Download Everest ( http://www.lavalys.com/products/download.php?ps=UE&lang=en ), install it and let it make a check-up from your computer. Then you can see what the exact temperature is from your computer.
If it is above 60° C you have a problem, most probably with your fan or coolingsystem. If the tempereature is beneath 60° C, it is something else that causes the problem.
