Viagra is a medicene to increase the amount of blood to where ur body thinks its needed.
So if a guy takes viagra his dick won't necessarily grow because his body isn't in need on the extra blood...
when however his body is sending impulses to his mind that he's get sexually exited his body will send more blood to his dick -> erection
Since a women doesn't have anything that grows or has a need for alot of blood nothing will happen
