The old commodore company went bankrupt as far as I remember or closed down or something... so IMO it's just some company that has bought the name and releasing high-end PC's in the name... a bit lame :-/

and i'm sure its would be just like buying nike shoes - you pay for the logo.. allthough the idea and 'features' are indeed really good..
