Weaken the rifle

- One rifle-grenade shot needs 3/5 or 3/4 of the charge bar.
- No headshots with the garand (_only_ coincidence)
- 8 garand shots not 10
- reloading the garand needs as long as the smg
- most important: reduce the knock back the victim of the garand receives to the smg level

If you come with that suggestions i might add :
_higher up the chance on hits with a garand at long distance :)
