i live in australia and generally internet is shit (majority of people are on 256/64 or 512/128 KBps). but i have adsl2+ :) max you can get is 24mbit/1mbit, im synched at 15mbit/1mbit :>

have a nice screen shot of torrren @ 1.3mb/s :)
