depends if you mean theres a scientific basis for it making you naughty i'm sure a psychologist has proved somewhere that seretonin (a neurotransmitter) is associated with well being/happiness so in a way it could potentially make you 'naughty'. Sugar is also obviously going to be make you quite active.

read an article about that and you'd have to eat way too much chocolate for the effect to be noticeable and by then you'd be nautious. :(
