well, for a fews days I have a strange problem:
On most servers I have a steady ping of 48ms at maxpackets 100 and rate 25000; but every few seconds the ping goes down to around 20 - 30ms, and fps go down from 76 to 1 - 3.
Anyone else has this problem? :P
And no, Netlimiter is not an option, thx.
