medic with 2 nades

So, I played a random 3v3, I was a medic and I started timing nade, at that moment, I was killed and revived second later. And oops, I had a new nade :D (the first ofc fall behind me as I was killed and exploded).

discuss how it is possible that a new nade "spawned" in my hand

Well, I thought this was possible before, but I never rly cared to watch demo if the explosion was just a bug or if I rly had 2 nades:X Now I watched the demo and saw 2 nades... :)
