Blood & "dust"

How can i disable the blood & "dust" effects that can be seen when shooting someone?

cg_showblood "0" , you cant remove the "dust" afaik (try ignorehwgamma 1)

The green thingy was from the display refresh. Its solved now! Now its only the dust... ill take a ss
