Like what the fuck , i formated my windows and before i had everything normal with videos ( i mean ET videos ) , so its like i installed again Full Codec Pack + VLC + Media Player Classic + matroskasplitter + ffdshow ok right.
I watched my old movies , some random with xvid codecs and some x264 (like parodia , it didn't lag a bit) , but... downloaded kris et trailer 3 ( it was lagging like hell with VLC or with Media player classic , its like the sound is to early or the video is lagging) , anyway again downloaded "Zaigon by Ultraviolet & co"... First used it with VLC , lagging like what the fuck , then with Medica Player classic it lagged randomly on some parts of movie ( ofc needed parts to see ;) so i was like what the hell ...
Maybe some of you knows what the hell happened and what to do :)

haven't installed matroska/k-lite/ffd (ffd is ,afaik, included in vlc).
