If you must buy one take the ibanez ( someone can actually buy it after you get bored to it after 2 weeks )

i have got an epiphone Les Paul Classic myself... i think they are quite nice, at least i would still choose this one. But thats because I just love Sound & Looks of the Les Paul maybe :p

We are talking about japanese/korean ultra-manufactered basic guitars
With these prices we are not talking about custom made guitars which would have actual sounds

That may be right, but still, as you mentioned we are talking about "japanese/korean ultra-manufactered basic guitars". And as far as I know there are differences in quality/sound for those guitars :p

stratss more allround ibanez is more jazz stuff gibson paul is good for commerciel

tbh, I just read that. :D Did play like 5-10 different guitars in my whole life.
