try closing all processes except ET, try low-q config, new vid-drivers.

if that doesn't help, try raising money to buy a new pc :D

Or just generate a random config by ET, it will set the best qlty settings for you. Further, you have to calibrate you brightness etc, offc, but should be k.

remove xfire (program) gave me a huge fps boost
