Movie Problem

I have a problem with my moviemaking.

Normally, when i cl_avidemo 90, it walks through this process with a decent speed. Even this afternoon it worked fine. Then, suddenly, when I did the cl_avidemo 90 command again it went as slow ass hell. Now it keeps being slow and I can't seem to get the decent speed back.

Anyone knows the solution tho this problem??? I rly need one, as someone is counting on me to make his movie...
