New equipment advice

Ok so since i lost my mousemat (mantis control) at cpc2 and also managed to break my headset it seems i need to get new ones.

Some advice please on the best headset to buy and mousemat. Also since i lost the qpad glidez we won i would like to get some for my deathadder. Suggestions here too plz. I guess i should copy everyone else when it comes to the headset and say "ask perfo"

If anyone picked up a mantis control and wireless linksys router at cpc2 please feel free to pm me so i can get it back. k thx :)

I got a Logitech USB Headset (Logitech USB 20 i guess) and an everglide titan monster pad

I dont think a lot of ppl will be so nice to send you your stuff back

u cant train by ur self ?
lol

drop sets and pyramids 10 sets of 10 reps u can also do 10 press ups between each set

split muscle groups up into dif days i.e back and biceps 1 day shoulders triceps another and chest + legs whislt doing upper and lower abs each time

remeber to change ur routine as ths shocks the muscles
and u aint gunna get big without help from some tablets ;)

it aint hard

target = 10% body fat

Well im a fan of sennheiser, as the sound is great, and their headsets are very durable... i would go for the pc160, tho i have pc150 myself (squeezes my bigass ears abit).

for mousepad + skates, im a fan of the combo QPAD|CT and hyperglides

Sennheiser pc 151 or 161 (it depend of your money avi)

For the mousepad, I have a nova mp1 for long time now, it look like everlasting and I have a good sensation with it !

anyone tried the razer headset?

btw i have a spare steelshound 5h v2 and i dont like it cause the microphone is rly poor on it. I wonder if i got sold a dodgy one. tested with soundblaster xfi and soundblaster audigy usb and sucks on both so not the sound card

Don't buy a Siberia icemat, it's not that smooth I though. More liked Medusa 5.1 Speedlink, great headset!
