Yeah. the 5 story disco right next to charles bridge is pretty fun. Be sure to go there on a busy night(thinking weekends), otherwise only 2 floors are open and there will be very little people.
Another spot i thought was cool to just hang out was Isengardt(im pretty sure i got this wrong but it reminded me of the lotr stuff) its uphill with a metro station right next to it and gives you a nice view on the city and for example enjoy a drink.
Cheap beer in prague 1€ for 1/2 L.
