Hi, I have the following problem:
I recently bought a rgb cable and used it to hook up my snes to my tv which is supposed to give a sharp and clear image but instead this is what I get:
weirdness
weirdnessagain
The gray noise on the photo is actually on the tv screen.
This happens in all games btw and all games work fine using the default rf cable. There's some other 'strange' symptoms aswell:
- Turning on the console while having a normal tv channel on = distorted/warpy image.
- Turning on the console while on the AV channel = the images above.
I hope someone around here knows how to solve this problem (no formats plz :>), PetripTNT allready brought up the possible solution of modding the snes to rgb but i'm not sure if that is the problem nor if that is necessary.
Any help is greatly appreciated :>
Edit: Imageshack seems dead around here so I added a second link.

Allready have that :P but thx anyway.
real stuff > emulators any day
ik kan je niet helpen reslashed :(
Hmm.. pic looks different than I though.. maybe Snes is running out of juice trying to produce the image? Have you tried other games? Could be the cable too :o
F-ZERO! That is a great game!
I'd check the cable and the connector of your SNES and/or TV. Try different cables, different SNESs or TVs.
