and about ram OCZ FLEX XLC PC2-9200 would be better choice if u have a lot of money :X
so realy i'l be paying £50 a month for 3 years :D for the pc
I think he will get 4 cpus@2,4 GHZ... and ET only use 1 of them = 2,4GHZ AND @ ET CPU is doing the main work... graphics are low
that means he gets the same "ET-Power" than some1 with 2,4 GHZ 32bit Intel and some randome GFX7600 maybe...

I would also look for some revieuws on the memory,in what hardware setup it was tested and how it worked out.Sometimes a systems slows down when using 2 much or badly compatible memory and that would suck after spening lots of money on it.
