Font help

how can I change my hud font (you killed xxx) in ET without using ultraviolet moviemaker.
You can tell me here or pmme in #TrustCompany (/q altrnt`)

pk3 files -> etmain directory.
Will only work on unpure-servers tho, or use a pure-hack xD

hi2u2^^ u can use it for moviemaking, put the pk3 into ur etmain folder. When watching a demo its not a pure server so it will load the pk3 i suppose.

there was a guide once, dno the link :s u should install a second copy of ET to use for movie making, and edit pak0 if i'm not mistaken, i can't remember any more details tho soz

Oh nice, It's obvious that cointozz = offline, julian-kazc = online, stupid. At least I can now see If my bnc works fine.

to edit pak0 change .pk3 to rar
-> extract it somewhere
-> change what u like
-> .rar it again
-> rename .rar to .pk3

You don't need to edit pak0.pk3, just create a zz_fonts.pk3 or smth like that ...

if u want to create a new HUD font i can link you to a nice tutorial from my m8 zadd.Its in german but yeah, google is you friend and surly helps translating. Made it possible for me to create them b4 the moviemaker.
HUD Font Alpha Chan Tutorial

if you only want to install a font, remove any uv fonts and copy the pk3 in your ETMAIN folder. Dont copy it to a mod folder.

@ the guys saying smth to change the pk3`s to rar and stuff. DONT do it.

pk3 files are ZIP files. If you are using winrar choose from the options create zip and just change the ending to pk3 then.
