Pimp my desktop

I'd like to have a similar bar like on the screenshot, a sort of linux-bar ( ffox - msn - mirc - wamp ....)

Anyone who can help me?

Avant window manager is the best dock from what I hear, although I've tried gnome dock and it was also pretty nifty.

The bar is YzDock, the icons are called Reflections and the glass-bg of the bar is Glass by Stefanka.
