As far as I know Laguna was born in Bosnia, but because of the war he moved somewhere else in ex-Yugoslavia, and after that he moved to Austria.

I could be totally wrong.

Edit: Blaze was born in Croatia.

last NC - prestige decided: e.g. idle guys preferred EC than NC (and wanted to focus on one of them)
this WorldCUp - host decided: it is not hosted by CB and many skilled players just dont want to participate because of that.

imo :)

and ofc there are many reasons, not only one
