i played both, the FM by SI and the one by EA
and i have to say that the one by EA is by far the best one i have ever played (except anstoss 3 maybe) especially with the addon overtime (i think thats the name in english)

ea sports = fast game, you can manage your club (stadium,sponsoers etc etc)

sega = slow game !!, you can only manage your players etc + training but its very extended

fm07 has the engine and developers of cm-series, so its the best. havent tried cm series after the new developer team... ea has been the worst
