ask a friend or somebody else then, if you give them € 10 they will be happy enough.

And don't buy windows, only when you can get it cheap. (I can get Vista Bussiness for 45 euro, just order a student license.)

linux and mac has to many problems with some games, yes i know its safer

(virusdevelopers dont make virusses for linux because its not so much used, if it would be more used they would make more virusses, ... for linux and mac)

building it yourself is fucking easy but ok np. If never did it before i would also do it this way...oh no...im lieing i always wanna try that stuff myself cuz its fun and if your carefull and follow the manual's nothitng could go terrible wrong.

ANd for the windows i would buy XP pro and when vista is working ok with every single program and it has not so much bugs etc anymore i would download it :)

We played on samsung widescreen monitors on cpc2. They were utter crap. And I don't know how, but the image wasn't even crisp at native resolution on a DVI cable :x

the samsungs are pretty good 4 gaming but not the widescreens... i playd on normal screens for 10years now and bought a samsung tft this year, after 1 day i got used to it
