when i played oasis and we fixed cp we had 15 spawntime, or it can also be due the wall being destroyed, not sure. But i'm sure the last time i played Oasis the spawntime went from 20 -> 15, dunno the reason

i dont think there is a spawntime changing during the map anywhere

ive seen 20>15 when allies make cp at frostbite,maybe its just some public servers

lol it is definitely server cfg :)

in cb its 25 and on many publics its still 30 so i got to timerset 30 :/
