can someone explain me abit about the hz in cfg and stuff, i use atm 60hz and max i can is 85hz, its beter for me 85hz? what it even do? and aye shit eng
also: what is the cmd to reset cvars, and suddently after i switched from 50hz to 75hz and back, my et sounds are totaly wierd, and its not s_mixprestep...help?

hz 85 is not worth anything if u DONT have maxpackets 85 & maxfps 85.

its your refreshrate so the higher it is the more it refreshes wich makes everythign smoother i guess.

I use 60hz, r_displayrefresh 75, shall i change it to r_displayrefresh 85 and 85hz?

r_displayrefresh 75 = 75Hz ingame leave it like that ;)

they say you should have 76fps 75hz and 76maxpackets for uber smoothness but ET is a lagging peace of shit game imo :P
