So I thought this cvar turned off/on those "command post constructed" and shit. But when I tried it it didn't work.
So what's the cvar to turn off these random announcements of objectives being done?
EDIT: and as I dont feel like going through my cfg and trying some cvars, what cvar controls whether that "objective" (that white and green thingo above the player with obj) symbol is displayed or not?

Toggles the announcer voice on map start ("FIGHT!"), win (Allies win!) etc. I'm not sure if this includes the: "Command post constructed" You could try it whith starting a match and listen if you hear the "Fight"
afaik it is not possible to turn of those sounds.
well, I remember I had it turned off (like 2 years ago when I was tuning my cfg). But I turned it on again because I had no idea if an objective was done. (I thought I would notic it in the console;))
what is the cmd for cvar reset?
cvar_restart
remove the relevant .wav files from the pak0.pk3
nice idea <3 now I can think about making movie again :)
