imo Fatal1ty and those guys need a pretty good aim, so quake does increase ur aiming, maybe you dont need headshots in it so much but it improves tracking really, and railgun is really improvement for aim if u can use it properly. warsow is another game, atleast the ctf-mode, where u only that one weapon. works like railgun.

Thanks decem, ill follow your basic steps and maybe one day i will play as good as you. I mean, what else could be better than a player of your calibre showing me the inside guide to aiming.
just practice tracking with ur friend, try to keep crosshair in the head all the time. u dont need to shoot just move like in game play and just track.
