Speaker Wire help :\

I need to get a wire with these 2 connections on either end, but I cant seem to find any just searching for "speaker wires" etc, so anyone know any sites that might have these wires or maybe a name I could search?

the first is called RCA connector afaik.
the second is just a speaker wire :)
You should be able to buy an RCA cable and cut the ends on one side.

Depends how the speakers are powered, lots of speakers use speaker wire to carry audio as well as power, if this is the case with this speaker then afaik splitting the wires in the RCA cable will not help as it probably won't deliver enough power (1v max I believe).

The picture is slightly blurred but I'm guessing that Connection 1 is from a TV and there's the usual red, yellow white RCA connectors. RCA connectors aren't meant for carrying enough power to supply a speaker.

Give it a go though, just strip the RCA and hopefully there will be 2 wires separated inside, pop the clamps on the speaker stick them in and close the clamps.

Other than that I'm not sure if there is such thing as an RCA to speaker wire converter or adapter...

Yea it worked, pealed back the wire plugged them in worked perfect have surround sound in my room now :P
