Camtrace error blabla

After my old HDD crashed and I finally got a new one i wanted to install camtrace again and now this error occurs: http://levo-clan.de/userfiles/1377/camtrace.png
I have already deleted the registry generated by the old installation (mistake maybe?) and no i dont want to format.
