You can still download without opening the port. Besides, the port thing is the same in all torrent programs i guess. And if they don't have it, then it will be the same as downloading without the open port.
Since the guy who made uTorrent has joined some kind of organisation that fights against illegal downloading 'n stuff like that. I wouldn't update uTorrent if I were you.
