The biggest ISP in Morocco just banned Youtube :<<<<<<< i read it is because of some stupid video that was published there making fun and insulting the king of morocco...

Proxy is using a "fake" IP or something? I don't know much about it, nor did I ever use it so I don't really get the point of a proxy, no.

Proxy is a server.
So basicly you go to random proxy site and tell it you need the page youtube.com. Then the proxy server from it's own isp and ip goes to youtube.com and then sends you the information.

its not youtube saying 'not your ISP is 'im retard ISP from morroco' so you cant see me' its the ISP saying 'no this website is NOT allowed by us, go away' then using a proxy WONT CHANGE ANYTHING

even if you change your IP/HOST nobody will care

if you use a proxy you dont go to youtube.
the proxyserver goes to youtube and sends you the information.
