FPS problemmm

First i had on every map stable 125 fps ( with my old vid card)

a few weeks ago i bought a new one , ati radeon 1650 pro 512 MB and now my fps sux, what can i do ???

This vid card is better then the old one

1. Install ATI CATALYST DRIVERS.
2. Everything should work then.
3. If not then RTFM (read the fucking manual)
4. Only god can help you if its still dosent work.
