sens change @ public

its always happened and ive asked many guys in my clan ( mainly kevin, but he just says, you noob its all in your head! ) about how and why my sensitivity changes or feels different on publics... and i know for a fact its not im my bloody head!

whenever i go on servers the sensitivity feels so different, for example nexus it goes slow, bio it goes fast... maybe some of it is in my head but whatever... does anyone else have such a problem or does anyone know what this is caused by and how to fix... would be appreciated...

Edit for Sol
-------------------

It has always happened to me, and I have asked many team-members in my various clans ( mainly Kevin, but he claims it is all in my head, which doesn't really help ) about how and why my in-game sensitivity changes and/or feels different when I go and play on public servers, and by the way, I know for a fact it is not all in my bloody head.

Whenever I hop on to a public server, my sensitivity feels far from what it should be, for example on the Nexus server, my sensitvity feels like it has decreased, whereas on the BiO server it has the opposite effect, and feels faster. Does anyone perhaps have such a problem, or does anyone know what causes this sensitivity change on different public servers?

Any help given would be greatly appreciated,
Sheep.

There is nothing money can't buy.
count how many CMs u need for 360 degrees in every server.
if its not same then something is happening.

tho its not possible.

mine is allways same (tho is NOT , because i use mouseaccel)
We don't force any funky cvars on nexus and the majority of the config is pretty close to cb.. main one we don't do is the fixed 125 fps physics thing. Wouldn't think that would make a difference?

edit: have you tested on our stopwatch server? 137.224.240.20:27961 .. i always seem to track better on there for some reason.. N3 is laggers parardise :/
Out of interest, why don't you use it?

it's on our list of things to do... remember how long it took us to get cl_timenudge fixed..

in short, we're lazy :D
Parent
I suppose some servers force cl_pitchspeed "0" and
cl_yawspeed "0" and some 140
that is your keyboard look speed..

in_mouse
cl_mouseaccel

wierd configs? o.O

have you actually tested the sens at all?
Maybe the settings of a public server cant handle your ugly config! :D
its all in your head
i have this problem when ettv is on ;_;
Ur just like blaze... "THIS IS NOT MY NORMAL KNOCKBACK!!"
Is this an exuse for your bad aim?
my gamestyle doesnt rely on my aim so i dont care!
i just get frustrated when it feels different
Parent
I was just joking :(
Anyway, i hope you'll find a solution for your problem :) <3
Parent
cheers, but my aim does suck, ask chmpp!
Parent
i recall saying something about ur aim but i cant remember it !

where and what was that?
Parent
It's not only on pubs, it's for every serv :)
It's all in your head mate!
could be down to different server configs restricting/allowing certain settings related to input, fps or engine calculations i guess, qry me if you wanna investigate it i guess
You guess a lot.

BiO forces random shit like m_yaw 0.022

?
I believe you mike, I BELIEVE YOU!
is it maybe not a problem with the sens but more like u have different delays between moving the mouse physically and the reaction of the cursor?
it's all in your head noob
