I got this in IRC:

What does that mean? Will the Q bot return or not? Please give some helpful comments.

It's rather insane.

I would understand if a channel gets suspended if he have flags there, but for just having op is...
Lots of channel have ops for everyone, including mine.

I agree with that irZ,

Its not that nice to suspend the service bot in all channels where he is op, especially if he even does not own any flag there.
I hope that the oper will unsuspend these channels for you guys.
