ISP (UK)

Ok i gotta change my ISP from AOL cos the connection is shit and im paying like 30 a month for the i-net

what companies are you with or suggest that costs around £20 with unlimited downloads ;)

unlimited is bullshit, they all now have fair usage policies which when you go over the usuage they will put you onto a different line which will then vastly limit your download possibilities. You get what you pay for at the end of the day. If your a gamer i would recommend fast.co.uk since they dont use any traffic shaping techniques

pipex is ok as long as its not pipex homecall which is actually a reseller of tiscali which does massive traffic shaping on the evenings and irc / vent will be almost unusable

NO - Orange are considered the worst ISP in the uk :| i'd recommend checking what's best more specifically in your region, as it can vary within the uk.

I just switched to talk talk £19.99 a month and thats your broadband,line rental and free anytime landline calls. I have called them twice so far over my account and have not been on the phone longer than 5 mins!
