Vista/fragmovie help

Hey I'm in need of some good tutorials for how to capture vids, compress them etc..

Another question I'm running vista on my laptop and when I play ET I have 30 fps max.. Does anyone know how to fix it?

specs duocore 1,8 ghz 2 gig ram 256 mb vid card.. Something like that ;P

edit: movie config? Pretty please!

Is the videocard integrated on your motherboard?
